Minister of Finance of Vietnam, Van Ninh Vu, visits Germany and meets with leading personalities of the financial world

(Frankfurt, May 5th, 2008) The Minister of Finance of Vietnam, Van Ninh Vuh visited on invitation of Privilege Relations the German stock exchange capital, Frankfurt, in the time of April 29th to May 2nd.

For the duration of his visit Privilege Relation organized interesting get-togethers with leading personalities of the financial world. Among others, meetings with Mr. Jochen Sanio, President of BaFIN, and board members of Deutsche Börse AG, Andreas Preuss und Rainer Riess, where part of the minister's agenda.

For the afternoon of April 30th Privilege Relations organized the "Vietnamese Economic Outlook Forum" to which over 30 people from the financial world where invited. Among the guests were interested fund managers of Germany's leading banks and asset managers. Following a short speech by the Minister of Finance and a presentation regarding the economical developments of Vietnam, the possibility was given to address questions directly at the Minister.

"We are very proud to have hosted the Minister of Finance of Vietnam in Germany. The exchange with leading personalities of the financial world stood in the focus." says Christian Jüptner, Director of Privilege Relations. "For the Minister of Finance it was very important to get an insight in the way how investment decisions are made in Western Europe and how the financial markets are regulated."

In between the different meetings and events Privilege Relations organized appoints for interviews with Germany's leading news papers, amongst them were FAZ, Financial Times Deutschland, Die Welt and Handelsblatt.
