German Equity Forum

The „German Equity Forum“, organized by Deutsche Boerse AG and KFW Mittelstandsbank, takes place twice a year and is one of the most successful and well-known events in regard to equity financing.

The German Equity Forum offers companies ideal opportunities to present their business to a broad audience and to establish contacts and relations to investors. The German Equity Forum is mainly directed at equity seeking companies, however, listed and not listed companies, Venture Capital investors, analysts, Deutsche Boerse Listing Partner, lawyers and auditors are also targeted.

Themed „entrepreneurs meet investors“, 5,000 attendants visit the German Equity Forum averagely which last for three days. The German Equity Forum offers in particular equity seeking companies, which are in their initial and growth phase, a comprehensive platform to detect financing opportunities for their research and development or for the financing of expansions.

The German Equity Forum includes also newly established International Forums focusing on growth markets as Russia, China or South-East-Asia. In these forums and further presentations companies are able to present their business even without having a presentation booth. The German Equity Forum additionally offers companies the possibility to inform and learn about various topics such as corporate financing or capital market regulations within panel discussions, workshops and lectures.
